Turnkey seasonal accommodation

A Growing Need for Seasonal Worker Housing

Every year, tourism professionals; hoteliers, campground managers, or ski resort operators face an increasingly complex reality: how to quickly and sustainably house their seasonal workers?

With the increasing tension in the housing market, tourist communities often lack suitable infrastructure.

Result: seasonal workers struggle to find accommodation, which significantly hinders recruitment. According to the DREETS Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, decent and available accommodation is an essential criterion for ensuring a successful season.

In this context, offering a housing solution becomes a real added value for employers.

Regulations-Defined Obligations

Before setting up accommodation for a seasonal worker, certain obligations must be known.

For any collective accommodation, the employer must make a prior declaration to the DDETS (formerly DIRECCTE) via the form Cerfa n°61-2091. This type of accommodation must meet strict criteria in terms of:

  • Sanitary and hygiene (ventilation, minimum surface, sanitary facilities),

  • Safety (electricity, fire, compliance of the installation),

  • And acceptable living conditions (privacy, cleanliness, accessibility).

It is therefore imperative to approach your local community or town hall to verify the installation conditions.

No nuisance
Preserved activity
No immobilization
Immediate installation

Accommodations thoughtfully designed for tourism professionals

We design ecological, practical, and sustainable accommodations specifically adapted to the realities of seasonal employers.

Our goal? To offer a rapid, comfortable, functional solution, without heavy construction or interruption of activity.

Our accommodations are delivered in the morning, already assembled, fully furnished, and ready to use on the same day.

As soon as the water and electricity connections are made, they can be used immediately, the very evening.

This means:

  • No noise nuisance related to an on-site construction,

  • No disruption to your activity or your clients,

  • No prolonged immobilization of a plot or building,

  • Immediate commissioning without loss of exploitation.
