The walls are made of solid Scots Pine of 46mm, insulated then covered with metal tiles coated with natural stone.
The floor is insulated and features a solid LVT plank flooring.
Our joinery is made of PVC with double glazing 4/20/4 + argon gas.
The electrical installation is complete with heating / air conditioning, lighting fixtures, electrical outlets.
Bathrooms and a fitted kitchen complete our accommodations according to the chosen finish.
Our Metal Frame
All our Pod and Barrel accommodations are built on metal frames in UPN and central HEA with adjustable feet.
They can be equipped with a mobility kit to install them at locations where access is restricted.
The frame allows for rigidity of the entire structure and longevity over time... validated by an engineering firm.
Our Wood
Scots Pine
The Scots Pine is specially adapted to naturally withstand outdoor conditions.
All our walls are built with Scot Pine Logs of 46mm thickness for greater resistance.
It naturally regulates air humidity, reduces germs, thereby avoiding risks of allergies and respiratory issues. It is not a haven for dust mites.
As a natural insulator, it is 15 times more insulating than concrete due to its low thermal conductivity.
