How to Install a Nordic House Cottage
Installing a Nordic House cottage is simple and quick thanks to our strategic process and competent teams.
1. Choosing the Platform
First, it is imperative to create a stable and perfectly flat platform to position the accommodation on.
We offer different structures depending on the finish you desire such as; the platform made of compacted all-in aggregate, the platform made on stilts, and finally the platform made with 6 concrete blocks.
2. Delivery
Delivery is done by exceptional transport with a qualified provider. You can also manage the delivery yourself, but Nordic House declines any responsibility in case of damages.
The structural warranty is validated after inspection by a technician.
In case of inaccessibility, a mobility kit (drawbar, half-axles, wheels) is available to transform the accommodation into a Mobile Leisure Residence, facilitating access to the land.
3. Unloading
Unloading is carried out by crane, performed by a qualified professional. If access is restricted for the crane truck, a PPM type crane can be used for an additional cost.
Allow 2 to 3 meters on each side of the truck for the telescopic legs. Once installed, you can arrange your accommodation according to your preferences to create an optimal workspace, and ready for use.
