The walls are made of solid Scots Pine of 46mm, insulated then covered with metal tiles coated with natural stone.
The floor is insulated and covered with a solid LVT plank flooring.
Our joinery is made of PVC with double glazing 4/20/4 + argon gas.
The electrical installation is complete with heating / air conditioning, lighting fixtures, electrical outlets.
Bathroom facilities and a fitted kitchen complete our accommodations according to the chosen finish.
Our Metal Frame
All our Pod and Barrel accommodations are built on UPN and central HEA metal frames with adjustable feet.
They can be equipped with a mobility kit for installation in locations where accessibility is restricted.
The frame allows for rigidity of the entire structure and durability over time... validated by an engineering firm.
Our Wood
Scots Pine
Scots Pine is specially adapted to naturally withstand outdoor conditions.
All our walls are built with Scots Pine logs of 46mm thickness for greater durability.
It naturally regulates air humidity, reduces germs, and therefore avoids the risk of allergies and respiratory issues. It is not a breeding ground for dust mites.
As a natural insulator, it is 15 times more insulating than concrete due to its low thermal conductivity.
